You are going to be able to hear sounds from other nearby areas and the environment is going to seriously influence your wholesome experience. The sound of weapons would change depending on the surroundings, when done in closed spaces the shots would echo differently and allow you to feel more immersed as if you were there.
The soundtrack adds another layer of the survival-horror sound design in the Resident Evil 2 Remake and also has an extra feature and an element that intentionally tries to trick you further – the intense music does not always necessarily mean that a major event is about to take place, making it more than hard to actually determine when a battle is about to occur for sure!
The Familiar Storyline of the Original with a New Look & Additions
You may not need a walkthrough for Resident Evil 2 because just like in the original, the plot follows the two main characters on their own individual storylines. There is something different, it is the fact that the two stories are no longer so intertwined and are happening at different period, one leading to the other. With this RE2 Deluxe Edition, you are also getting exclusive character skins for Leon and Claire but also Resident Evil 2 Deluxe weapons to play with.
That would actually mean that you are getting not only improved graphics and better audio, you are going to have a whole new experience even at familiar locations and scenes of events while playing it, since the main stories involve the same places as in the original but with their new points of view and level of details.
Overall, Resident Evil 2 Deluxe Edition truly looks like a gaming masterpiece and you have the chance to jump right in the action and experience the horrific greatness it has to offer!
