Navigate your way through familiar Super Meat Boy and Super Meat Boy Forever locations such as the picturesque forest, the hospital and salt factory in a fresh Puyo Puyo-inspired format. However, in Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine, just matching at least 4 clones of the same kind and creating awesome combos is far from enough – you would also have to avoid all the lethal hazards and traps that could harm you relentlessly, such as moving saw blades, laser guns, guided rockets and swinging pendulums. It truly is a demented and hardcore spin with a huge variety of twists on the classic puzzle formula you know and love!

ENTER THE STORY THAT WOULD GRIND YOU TO PIECES

Dr. Fetus’ Mean Meat Machine takes place right after the events of Super Meat Boy Forever. After meticulously analyzing Meat Boy all throughout Super Meat Boy Forever (Did you actually notice all the cameras spread all throughout the levels???), the nefarious Dr. Fetus now has all the required data that he needs in order to create the perfect Meat Boy clone!

There’s just one major problem: The DNA sample he has collected is not a perfect specimen, which in turn yields some… less than ideal clones…and results could be unsatisfactory, at least for now… but with more and more tests there should be progress, right?! Just enter the cruel constructs and determine if you are a worthy clone that deserves to be spared or face with doom and get shredded to pieces in order to at least contribute to Dr. Fetus’ twisted ways!

But do not let fear take over you; Dr. Fetus knows how to solve this problem perfectly. He proceeds to create a bunch of ruthless test chambers and starts sending all of the clones he has created to pass through them, in order to filter out the bad clones from the good ones.

The specimens start out looking nothing like Meat Boy, but over time that grotesquely lovable face that Dr. Fetus hates so much, starts to show in them. Perfect clones are just on the horizon and after they are done…who knows what would actually happen next? Probably something to do joyously with torturing and killing lots of Meat Boys for just the kicks of it!
