Detailed Gameplay

Set in the vibrant West Coast city of San Pelícano, your role as a paramedic takes you across 3 diverse districts. Each neighborhood has unique challenges, from everyday accidents to major emergencies. Navigate the bustling streets, respond to dispatch alarms, and drive with precision to reach accident sites quickly.

Upon arrival, assess the situation and determine the correct treatment for each patient. Use your tools to perform checks, make initial diagnoses, and respond to complications such as allergies or pre-existing conditions. Severe cases require transportation to the hospital, testing both your medical and driving skills.

During catastrophic events, the stakes rise as you manage multiple victims, prioritize care through triage, and make life-altering decisions. Not every situation has a happy ending—your ability to handle the pressure will be put to the ultimate test.
